1990 Seat Back Removal

I replaced my seats in my 1990 in 2005. I know that the backs are held in place by wires over clips. My problem is it has been so long that I cannot remember how I got the original ones off. Does anyone have an easy way to locate exactly where the clips are located and what kind of a tool to use to get the back off?

Thanks Dave. I got it out finally with the info from the video. It didn't come out as easy as his did, but it did come out.
