PLS help identify these C2(?) parts

Hi,
A friend of mine has had these old parts for many years, he's trying to find out what year, and what motor for the filter bases.
The battery tray looks 64~66? Not positive if the top goes with it?

My guess is a C3 air cleaner base and a C2 battery tray and lid.

66 and 67 with K-19 SMOG , California original option.

Battery bracket is C-2 I believe. When did C-3 batteries go behind the driver seat?
