This last week a NCRS member purchased a 1965 Black/Black Corvette Fuel Injected Big Tank Coupe with disc brake delete from the owner in Pennsylvania. Has any NCRS member heard about the sale of this Corvette and who purchased it?

DREW PAPSUN and I wsould love to add it into the 1965 Fuel Injection SURVEY. To date we have 593 of the 771 cars made documented. It may be in the SURVEY, but I do not think so. Any info is appreciated, especially from the new owner so we may document the car. Thank you.

Jim, As you know I do my best to provide you and Drew with info on the '65's. But I must first have owner approval to do so. Or have the owner contact you.
I have restored three of '65 FI tankers in my career. Two are well known to you and the gang. Both owned by well known NCRS members and been thru our judging system. The third one I did was one where the owner wanted complete privacy.

Just talked to my customer in PA. Yes he sold the tanker. So any info can be gotten from the Mac Chapter and the new owner as I am guessing he had it judged for top flight.
