    57 Emergency warning light

I have my warning light setup for the parking brake. I tested the light with 12 volts before putting it in the car but when everything is hooked up it wont light up. Does the switch or the flasher go bad on these.

Tony, Assuming the bulb and wiring is good, bypass the flasher by connecting the upper brown wire to the lower flasher contact terminal..... If it lights, then it's a bad flasher.

If it doesn't light, it's the switch. They are prone to intermittent contact connections. Push on the metal tab on the switch to see if it lights up the lamp.
