Just occurred. When activating left turn signal on our '66 coupe, both front signals blink. The back signals blink correctly. What do you think? Switch, or wiring issue? Thanks for your advice.

Complete guess but if you haven't been fooling around with the wiring it probably is in the switch in the column.

PS. try cleaning the wiring plug-in at the firewall. Make sure your connections are not burned which would be noted by a melted insulation or plug.- Top

I think Joe is on the money, the turn signal switch may have something broken like a cancel spring and its laying across the contacts or wiring internally, wiggling the signal harness below the column may also help that would be my first step and also wiggling the signal lever and see if these result in any help.
Mark have another thought, check the front bulb filaments and make sure that one filament is not laying across the other which maybe feeding the other light.Last edited by Edward J.; July 30, 2016, 10:24 AM.New England chapter member, 63 Convert. 327/340- Chapter/Regional/national Top Flight, 72 coupe- chapter and regional Top Flight.- Top

If the car is equipped with V74 Traffic Hazard Lamps, it may be associated so give that knob a little in'y and out'y wiggle too.- Top
