The NCRS block of rooms at the Embassy Suites in Frisco is booked up. The rooms at the $125 rate are gone. I was unable to secure additional rooms at the $125 rate because of a large religious conference that is in town that same weekend. We do have some additional rooms at the Embassy Suites, but they are at a $149 rate. I have secured an additional 20 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street from the Embassy Suites. The rate at the Hilton Garden Inn is $125 per night and does not include breakfast and they are available from 19 October to 23 October. The cutoff to make reservations at the HGI is 5 October. I also managed to get 15 rooms at the Home2 Suites which are located about 2 blocks from the Embassy Suites and almost directly across the street from the trailer parking area. The rate at the Home2 is $119 and includes breakfast. The cutoff date for the Home2 Suites is 1 September. The code for both hotels is NCRS.
