1967 hood prop rod question

Does the hood prop rod have a black or phosphate spring washer under the pivot rivet?

I know the C1s or at least for the 1960 had black spring washers as I got dinged at Regional when I had my 1960 judged. There is no mention in the 67 of the lift having black spring washers. I believe my 67 hood support is original and everything is cad/zinc.

Thanks Donald, that's what I thought. I knew the C1's had the black spring washer, all the 67's I've seen had zinc, but wanted to make sure.
