66/67 interior door lock rods

I'm planning to use a set of 67 door panels on my 66. The interior door lock on the 66 is in the upper corner of the panel and the 67 relocates the interior door lock inboard on the panel. My 66 AIM shows the assembly on page F123. Can someone with a 67 AIM send me the analogous page so I can see the door lock control rod they used in 67? Thanks very much. JCH
