Folks:
On my '72 Corvette restoration project, I am now working on repairing/restoring the headlight wiring harness. There are 4 evenly placed 3/16 holes on the front crossbar (supports the nose between the headlights and the hood) to which the headlight wiring harness is anchored. The 4 anchors are secured to the wiring harness via electrical tape and over that the harness is wrapped with the nonstick vinyl tape. All of these anchors are broken and I need to replace them. I have yet to find these anchors on any of the online Corvette parts stores. *****Does anyone know where I can find a set of these?
Also, sections of the engine wiring harness are wrapped with some sort of fiberglass or heat resistant fabric tape. Does anyone know where to find the correct heat resistant tape?
Thanks so much folks in advance!
Regards,
Roger
