    Ownership History Guru Sought

    Gents: I seem to remember that a brother NCRS Member named Bill Gould did contract work for Members seeking
    ownership history on Corvettes. Is this correct? If so, how do I contact him? If not correct, can any of you guys point me in the right direction? Many thanks. Best, Ned
