    72 front bumper supports (brace)

I know for a fact that our esteemed membership has a wealth of C-3 knowledge and know how floating around out there , for sure far more than I.
So that being said I am seeking as much assistance as I can muster up.
I am attempting to install the 2 front braces for the front bumper. My problem is that I am winding up with some SERIOUS clearance issues btx. the braces and the bulk head that they pass thru and the pot metal frame that mounts the headlights.
I would like to talk with some one who knows what they are doing to try gain some know how on how to fix my problem. I have tried taking some pics of the area but with everything being black none of my pics come out.
If some body(s) are willing to try to help me contact me at my cell 760-217-7888 7Days 8-5 PDT. I am usually always here.
    Thanks Rey

    Rey,

Can you roll the car outside on a cloudy day?
Some of us have photographed a lot of car parts for the upcoming 70-72 JG, and you'd be surprised what you can do with a camera.
Use a camera; cell phones are horrible.
    Don't use flash.
Use a tripod if needed to get it steady, and don't be afraid to use a longer exposure.

I've even taken pictures in a dark garage with good results, and sometimes an assistant with a flashlight helps too.

Hi Pat -- Sounds feasible I will give it a try to see if I can get some decent pictures.
      Thanks

        Rey,

I also have hundreds of photos if you follow the link in my signature below. One of my other Flickr albums also has an additional car to review.
Perhaps there is a photo there to help you?

          Hi Patrick,

Nice car (and collection) also love the garage ! Thanks for making your photo album available. There are some pictures that will be helpful albeit they are of other areas of the car other than what I am concerned with at the moment. There is one photo of a bumper brace mounting but it looks the same as my mounting. I see by the photos that yours is an Eastern car. I recognize the basic style of the house, the back deck and the large yard plus what looks like some road salt influence's on metal underpinings.
I don't do any form of social media sites, I have found that they want too much personnel information to join so I restrict myself to E/M and NCRS forums though I appreciate your photos, very nicely done.

          Thanks for your assistance.
          Rey
