2018 also, oh well I guess no more Old Town? I heard the area where the vendors were located was sold and construction is underway for a new building, probably another hotel.

That is my understanding as well.....lots of changes there, rumor has it that some of the rear area will be for a performing stage and audience seating to host some 'name' acts (e.g. Country & Western)....but the stories change almost weekly...Comment

Old Town is joining with FunSpot next door and the two will expand the facility a great deal to include a large ferris wheel and a number of other major attractions. There will be no more space for NCRS winter meet even if we'd like it to be so. The new owners of OLd Town and Fun Spot will reportedly invest many millions of dollars in the venture.

We'll see, I'm there at least two Saturdays a month and the last two visits the dumpsters reeked to high hevean and the bathrooms conditions were inexcusable... At some point they need to get back to some basics...Comment
