Does anyone have a clean/legible copy of the 1966 Corvette Dealer Order form?
I've seen one published in a 2001 Restorer article, but some aspects are totally blurred out.

Jack, if you get stuck trying to find one I had a 65 Coupe big block for 12 years - It came with every piece of paper concerning the ordering & delivery of the car. I sold the car but have copies of all the paperwork I would be glad to give you a copy of what your looking for. Everything I have is clear as a bell.
