63 coupe outer door window seals hit glass when in down position.

The rubber seals when installed rub against the door glass when glass is going in the down position. Looked at the technical manual and can not find a way to adjust where they will not hit. I know they are suppose to hit but it's keeping the glass from going up it interferes to much. raising up.Anyone have any ideals.

The outer door seals only hit the stainless glass frame when the door glass is in the up and closed position. Either you have incorrect seals or they are installed wrong. Some pictures would be helpful.

JR, Is it possible that his rear channels are adjusted too far outward?
