1956-62 door post information
Sometime in the last 10 years there was someone who posted all the different iterations of the door posts from 56-62. The post included the description, number stampings for right hand and left hand and reference to the presence or absence of serrations. It also included whether the door post number indicated that the particular post was a replacement for a specific previous year door post.
Does anyone have all of this information or is able to point me to the post in the archives? The reason I'm asking is that I would love to have that information in my files and I missed it the first time around. The other reason is that I've got two door posts (3723247LH and 3723248RH with serrations) and from all I've been able to determine, these are original to the 1956-57 Corvette. I'd like to advertise these for sale but I really don't want appear ignorant and describe them incorrectly. I have a '61 and have acquired two originals and thus don't need the ones in question.
