1970 454 water pump pulley question

I'm currently putting a late 1970 big block together (15k vin built in July). At any point did they use the steel three row pulley for a 1971? Paragon shows a early aluminum pulley for 1970, and a steel one for L1971, which I'm guessing should be Late 1970.

    Mathew------

All 1970 Corvette big blocks used a steel, 3 groove pulley. All 1971 Corvette big blocks also used a steel, 3 groove pulley. But the same pulley was not used for 1970 as for 1971. The mounting bolt pattern and the pilot hole size were different for the 1970 compared to the 1971.

No 1953-82 Corvette EVER used an aluminum waterpump pulley or, for that matter, ANY pulley.
