I have a 1963 with an AM/FM radio. I have looked at the Assembly Manual but I am still not sure of how and where the heater capacitor is mounted. Could anyone please send a picture of an installed capacitor on the heater motor.

Re: 1963 heater capacitor location picture
Early cars did not have a heater blower capacitor same on other 'hang on' items, not sure at what point capacitor was added. Others will chime in. What is the build date of your car?- Top

Re: 1963 heater capacitor location picture
The capacitor function only helps on the AM side of the radio as I understand it regardless of a car having AM/FM. Unsure when the capacitor was added to diminish heater blower noise.- Top

Date coded Date coded 64B. Cant confirm if it's correct or not but may give you some ideas.
Seems to be missing the undercoating so likely the motor is a replacement.
