67 bb hood

there is a 67 BB hood for sale on ebay which say 1st design. was there different designs if so whats the difference between them.

My 1967 Chevrolet Parts Catalogs (Apr. 67 & July 67) list GM # 3910280 as the part number for the 67 Corvette (427) hood panel asm. According to My 1965-1973 Chevrolet Parts History manual GM # 3910280 was replaced by GM # 6263573. GM # 3910280 did not replace anything so GM # 3910280 was the only 1967 BB hood assembly sold only the counter until Jan. 1973.

Maybe the 6263573 hood assembly is considered to be the 2nd design. GM # 6263573 is listed in my 1982 Corvette Parts Catalog for the 67 Corvette w/427.
