    C3 grounding Block

On the electrical schematics in all my reference books it shows the grounds all tied togrther (front&rear) Is there a terminal located or a grounding block in the front or rear of car?

    Hi Frank,
Which year in the 68-82 group are you asking about?
I believe in the 68-72 year cars each of the individual electrical harnesses have ground connections.
    Regards,
    Alan

Here's a picture of the driver's side frame rail and the ground for the rear lighting harness and the antenna.

      Frank,

The only thing I can think of is the negative battery cable attaches to the frame. The frame is the ground block as far as it goes on our plastic bodied beauties. Like Alan said, every harness has its own ground lug and the even the radio bezel is an integral part of the grounding.

If you review the AIM the ground lugs are all shown with their respective hardware and washers. Some are pretty small whereas the grounds to the frame are pretty robust.

There is no block like you might see in an RV.

      Hope that helps.

I thought there was a distribution block front and rear.but I see they carried the lighting power within the raceways Thanks for the input.
