hello --

I have to replace my original glass on the car.
never been out and stainless never taken off before.


Who makes the best replacement windshield gasket?

I have been told horror stories about aftermarket stuff and fitment of glass and trim.

Have you beat the bushes for NOS? It seems like the DB has quite a few stories from people with complaints about the repro gaskets.

only saw one NOS gasket - on EBAY. seller wants $395 for it.. EEK!

I can get my hands around $200-$250 (which i still think is insane). I emailed and asked if he take less, but no response.

If you know anyone who has NOS - I would be BEYOND GRATEFUL for the help.

I've used the ones from the Corvette Rubber Co. with no issues at all. I would think that a NOS one would be hardened from age by now and present problems.

I will contact CRC and get the gasket form them.
