Help with parts colors 65

Can someone direct me to the necessary book / manual that shows what the proper colors are for engine parts, brackets, steering parts, etc. ? I have the AIM, the Judging manual and the Shop manuals for a 65, but none of them says anything about paint colors. I've read where questions arise about what are the proper colors for such things as a dipstick to the drive shaft and everything in between. Where is this information listed ?

John,

My suggestion would be to plan on attending a Chapter Judging Meet, register as an observer judge and take plenty of pictures on C-2's. The judging chairman will assign you to a C-2 team and help you in your quest.

Sorry but there is no manual that will direct you to the proper colors for the engine and drive train! I'm sure that if you had a specific question on a specific item someone would help you here in the technical section.
