anyone have wiring diagram or know the color of wires that feed the tach buzzer ( the buzzer looks like a relay and mounts on the z-bar). don't need the wire colors from the buzzer to the tach itself, just the wires that are part of the dash main harness. thanks, mike

Re: 63's with buzzer tachs
Mike, Not sure about the '63 tach buzzer, but in 1967, the speed minder buzzer used a Orange wire to feed the relay. Seems odd but it's a heavy gauge wire, I think 12G. It plugged into the fuse panel lower right at one of the 2 terminals marked for the A31 Power Windows. It runs along the Z-bar inside the wire clips for the main harness. Does your buzzer attach to the Z-bar at the Ground Lug location like on this Speed Minder buzzer?(last pic)

I've never seen any documentation or wiring diagram for the '63 tach buzzer setup. Sorry if this doesn't confirm, but at least I got you back up top.

I should've searched before writing. Looks like yours should be a Pink wire, but some say Red. Now I'm confused, maybe as you are.

The PINK wire goes to the fuse block and the BLUE wire goes to the tach.
