77 Coupe, On the power steering control valve ball stud, the hole for the cotter pin is 9/64" (.140). The assembly manual shows part #9431604 for this cotter pin. Did Chevrolet put in a 1/8" or 9/64" cotter pin in this hole? 9/64" is hard to find. The tie rods all use 1/8" which is a different part number in the drawing. The new kit for rebuild does not come with a cotter pin and the cotter pin hole is also 9/64". Thanks for any replies.

9/64" cotter pins hard to find? I'd say they're impossible to find because I don't think cotter pins are made in that size.
