C1 Clutch and Throwout Bearing

Need to know who the resident C1 clutch/throw out bearing guru is. Been driving stick shift Chevys for over 40 years and never had this problem before. The throw out bearing started singing midway thru last summer, pulled it out and it is cracked and has gouges where the fork slides on. Can send pictures to knowledgeable people.

Question, what kind of pedal free-play did you have?

Clutch was set up according to the ST-12, with the short throw. I'll get picture to you asap
