'63 Power Brake Booster Upper Firewall Bracket?

Hey Friends,

Was the 1963 power brake booster upper mount bracket nut plate added to the firewall before black-out, or after?

Were the rivets that hold the nut plate bracket to the firewall painted or not on the firewall side and the cowl vent side?

What follows has been observed on original 1963 P/B cars. Most have the typical aluminum rivets that need a bucking bar and air hammer to install. Very few had the mounting bar installed with pop-rivets. Even fewer were installed with no rivets. Typically all mounting brackets were installed in the body shop prior to the car going to paint. Therefore, they would see blackout. The mounting bar with the pop rivets or no rivets was probably added while the car was on the line, thus no blackout on the pop rivets.
