    Washer bottle heat shield

    Hey Guys, Just had my 58 fuel car judged, was hit for no heat shield. there are no holes where one would have been attached. vin # is 2728 a January car. I seemed to remember reading somewhere that the heat shields didn't come out until much later. Can anyone help me with this?
