C2 Coupe Windshield outer corner molding

I need one of the outer upper corner moldings. I see that Paragon and other sell a reproduction part for around $40. I have also found NOS at Rowley Corvette, but they want $89.

Has anyone used the reproduction piece and was it acceptable?

I do not know Rowley Corvette, have never done business with them, so I'm a little hesitant to spend $89 for an NOS part. I've not had the opportunity to compare a reproduction to an original from my car.

anyone know the difference between the reproduction and an original/NOS piece?

That's part of my issue. Their websites says "On our shelf since '85. We have several more without the box. Guaranteed Authentic and as represented".

I just don't have any background with them. Not saying they aren't trustworthy. I'll call and see if they still have any in unopened box.

I agree. As far as dealing with Rowley's, I haven't bought from them since the 70's but never had a problem and they've been around longer than most. They must be doing something right.

I don't have a problem paying more for an NOS part, just trying to make sure I get what I pay for. I'm giving them a call today.
