Can anyone identify these items

i have come to the place in the long restoration of my 75 L-48 roadster where I am going over the finished car a second time, looking at the small details and I came across these items In my spare parts pile. Can anyone identify them for me? Are they even from this car?

The shims look like maybe radiator support or bumper shims. The clips are push-in style clips used for wiring support. I don't know if they were ever used on a 1975, though. I kind of doubt it, but it's possible.

On my '74 the wire clips went on the bumper extensions to hold the wires for the front turn signals. The washers don't look familiar.

I think the front ends are a little different on a 75. The air tank is integrated into the frame extention, I think it's the only round member up there to fit the curve of the clip.

Sorry, don't have access to the car now, the bumper extension was probably the wrong desc. It goes on the bumper outer brace, l and r, which is bolted to the frame extension, to support the bumper beneath the cover.
