    58 Rear Bumper Bracket

    I'm installing the rear bumpers on my 58 and realized that when I had the frame powder coated they did not protect the threaded holes that hold the curved "I" Beam brackets. I need to run a tap through the two threaded holes on top of the frame on each side. They are 3/8" holes, but I don't know if they are fine or course thread.

      I found a rear bumper kit that specifies the size of each of the bolts. It looks like the holes are actually a 7/16-14.
