1966 427 Distributor Shielding spark plug clip pattern

I'm installing new spark plug braided wires with the clips that go on the distributor shielding. My question is in what position/pattern do I put these clips on inside the shielding properly? If someone can send me a diagram for this pattern, I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks,

    Jerry

I've wondered the same thing and began looking at the pattern typically used, since it is not indicated in the judging manual. What I found and used for judging my 66BB was this - longest wires on top with #1 top forward, etc. There was no comment during regional judging so worked for me.

Thanks Bruce, I agree with your assumption and I'm going to place them in that "pattern"

The drivers side rear plug wires( number 6, &8) should be separated from each other in the rear clip as the firing order has the two last cylinders firing sequentially. Place the wires for the last plug(8) at the bottom clip, and the wire for the number 6 plug in the top clip.
