To All Students and Instructors:
Please make sure that the shirt size in your NCRS online profile is up to date. The size that is noted in your profile on 2/1/2016 is what will be used to order your special retreat shirt. The shirts will be button-down style with a collar. Sizing will be unisex.

Do we still get a shirt if we had to drop out recently after paying but being too late for a refund?

Just a note for all attendees. The last retreat I attended... I got an xl shirt but it was more like a 3xl... So they fit big it's still hanging in my closet as a souvenir... Looking forward to being there again... Cheers

Enzo, if IIRC this year there will be a different shirt supplier and their sizes run true to size.

Thanks Mark, I am very sorry too. I love those things, great fun and great people and you learn so much. Unfortunately a non-resolveable conflict come up that my wife insists I join her at, exactly at the same time. Will miss seeing you and all the fellow chapter folks, but hope I can make a chapter event this year and will of course definitely be at the Lone Star Regional with my '81 for its' first ever judging and Bowtie evaluation.
