I have the 66 power brake dual master cylinder, I disassembled it 5 years ago and had the outside p-coated, looks nice. But now I can not remember or find a picture of the assembly sequence. In particular a real thin washer/spacer, and the screw that goes in the front reservoir, does it adjust or just go tight?

There may be an exploded view in the 1965 or 1966 factory service manual. If not, I believe the 1967-82 master cylinder internal configuration is the same. I'm not certain, though.
As far as the secondary piston stop screw goes, it is not an adjustable screw. It is simply installed "tight". However, the torque on this screw needs to be VERY light. I've never found a spec on it, but I think it should be around 10-15 INCH/pounds. If you apply much torque to this screw, you will twist the head off. Guaranteed. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: 1966 Power brake master cylinder assembly diagram
There's a whole chapter on it in the 1965 Corvette Shop Manual, with a cutaway section on page 5-6, and an exploded diagram of the master cylinder on page 5-11.- Top
