3925522 reproduction AIR pump pulley

Joe Lucia replied to a THREAD posted on the "other" site several year ago (post number 3) that a "suitable replacement" for the 3925522 AIR pump pulley "may" be the GM 14087008. I think he's also posted somewhere that the current reproduction of the 3925522 is also very good, so two questions:

1. Is the current 3925522 pulley a nice reproduction?
2. Is the 14087008 pulley a deep grove pulley and the correct dimensions as the 3925522?

I'm trying to decide if I want to spend $87.00 on a "reproduction" pulley or $28.00 on a "replacement" pulley to exchange for my incorrect Dorman 300-913 pulley. I'm leaning toward the reproduction, but since the numbers on an L36 aren't seen (facing rearward on the big blocks), I'm not sure it's worth the extra money.

1) The 3925522 is a good reproduction (see below). It's not 100% as-original but I'd say it's about 99%. The 3925522 is a deep groove pulley and is 5.785" OD.

2) The GM #14087008 is not going to fool anyone as being a 3925522. However, it MAY be a functional replacement. I can't say, for sure, as I've never tried it. This is a standard groove pulley and it's 5.875" OD.

Functionally, the standard groove would work fine. However, the big problem would be this: in order to align the belt with the water pump pulley, there would need to be a spacer. The only way I can think of to do this would be to take one of the small block spacers and mill it down to the thickness required. This is going to be quite thin. The reason that the small block spacer would need to be used as a starting point is because of the centering feature of that spacer. Spacers used with the AIR pump and pulley need to have a centering feature.
