I'm glad somebody took notice to that. Everything he paints has way way too much paint on it. Just about everything on the car is over restored. Did you ever see a rear end housing on any mopar look like what's on the show? Even my wife says "that guy is full of himself". I have to agree with her.

Rawlings tried to buy my friend's 1964. My friend is the original owner of his 1964.

At first Rawlings said they were going to do a concours restoration on it. Then my friend found out Rawlings really wanted to chop up his '64.

They also asked him if he the tank sticker from the '64. He told them to check out the books in the NCRS web store.

As much as I appreciate our pursuit of authenticity, I do enjoy Graveyard Carz a lot. Although their mestorations may not be 100% authentic in finish, they go farther than almost anyone in producing a magnificent restoration. I love his beautiful paint jobs but it might be cool if they offered a "right out of the factory" finish option. Mark is definitely full of himself but he makes for good entertainment and he does know his stuff. I love the show even though I have never owned a Mopar, but I surely would love to get one of their restorations. By far the best restoration show on TV these days in my opinion. They did pay me a small fee for all this praise though...I wish. Ass Monkey on the other hand is just BS.

Indeed "Ass Monkey" is ridiculous! I was wondering about
how long the bubba relocation of the trailing arm front pivot bolts rearward was going to last. They totally changed the geometry of the rear suspension because the oversized tires weren't centered in the wheelwells!

Didn't Richard say on the show they were not going to sell the 68 vette till the toy was on the store shelf? Well, the other day it was sold on BJ auction. As I see it Richard was not happy with the selling price. Gotta say I laughed........ assuming money was lost.
