    C2 (66) seat adjuster

One of the seat adjusters on my 66 is really rusted where it sits on the floor. Must have sat in water for a good period. It is likely repairable, but I don't have welding equipment and I would need to find some 12 gauge steel to repair.

Paragon, and I suspect others, sells a replacement assembly (pictures below). If you have used one of these, please let me know if the quality and fit is acceptable.

    Thanks,

Sounds like a swap meet, Corvette parts vendor, or e bay are best sources. As a used part be sure all the slide coils and sleeves are there so the slide action functions.

I currently have the seats apart on a 65, the frame is bent a bit, I scouted around for a used seat frame, they are pretty expensive and many are rusted too. I am just going to fix the frame. I assume from your description its your tracks that are bad. You could always order the tracks and check them out, send them back if they aren't going to work.

I may have to do that. I was just hoping I would find someone who has used them. I saw that Long Island sells the same replacements. I'm hoping to just repair my original.
