1966 Corvette 427 Side Emblem

Could someone post a pic of the 427 side emblem position on a 66 Corvette or the pic in the Assembly Guide. I'm not at the home 40 and a friend needs help on positioning that emblem.

I'll assume the holes for the emblem in the fiberglass are not there....?

Only have a 67 AIM, sorry, but have had some 66s in the past, maybe these will help...

The placement relative to the gills in these two are different.

Best description is CENTERED OVER CENTER GILL on a picture I have of my original 66 ( taken in 67)

Looking at the photos, the blue one is parallel to the swage line,whereas the red one is more true horizontal , meaning the swage line of the car dips towards the front. The red one is like my black 66 / 390hp coupe with a no hit body and original holes.
