67 Bolt on wheel restoration

I found a set of nice 67 Western bolt-ons last year at Carlisle. They need a good cleaning & polishing etc which I have no problems with, but when it comes to the black painted fins I'm not quite sure how or if I should try to tackle that. I wanted to get some of your thoughts for this or even the names of some restorers out the I can contact. Thanks for any suggestions or advice.

He does the best work on 64-66 knockoffs and 67 bolt on wheels as well ---

for economic sense you can buy brand new bolt ons for around 2500 bucks so I wouldn't pay to much to have old repro wheels restored. the new ones look closer to the real ones then any of the old 70's wheels

Thanks Bill and Keith. I'll check this out. I know of the newer repro wheels out there. Mine are in nice shape, but the time to spruce them up is where I think that maybe a shop can help me out. I have plenty of work for this Winter so I am thinking that farming some of the work out will help get everything done.
