Christmas Wish for info from NCRS--Merry Christmas!

IIRC: The following has been discussed before but nothing ever seems to come of it.>

Wish NCRS could publish a list of the number of Corvettes that have attained a "Top Flight" award regardless where they
got it. (Chapter/Regional/National) eg.: Would like to know how many different 1966 Corvettes have gotten this award. With todays
computers and the way they can organize info it would not take much to do. NO personal info; just car info. Is that too much to ask?

Larry, if you find your 40th anniversary issue of The Restorer, (Summer 2014) you'll find complete list of all cars that have received NCRS awards featured...it's a 2 page spread on pages 18-19. It's explained in the box at the bottom of page 17.

A very Merry Christmas wish to all

After reviewing this neat article I was not surprised to see that the 1968 Corvette has the least "Top Flight" issued(244) of all
the C3 chrome bumper cars. IMHO the 1968 is one of the hardest to restore because of the so many changes throughout the
        production year. Larry

P.S.>Also was not surprise that the 1967 dominated the C2's

That is the best Restorer article I have ever seen with all the stats. And yes, there are obviously "sheep" and "goats" (as we say here about preferred and not preferred) when it comes to Corvettes. I love them all, but when I was thinking about trying for a 5 star Bowtie, I went to find an '81 (my first new Corvette was an '81 and I love them), since there has only been one, and '79 is also a good choice, zero 5 stars, but again tons of '67s.

For those of you who joined after the summer of 2014, the full 40th anniversary issue can be found at the link below. I would suggest reading it, as it's a full history of NCRS since its start in 1974.
