    67 Corvette at Mecum Kissimmee

Does anyone know who owns this car and what the story is on it? I understand the COPO vs. trim override thing, just want to know about the car itself. Thank you in advance.

I should have hit the spell check on the title of the thread lol.

Didn't it spend time in Napoleon, OH a few years back?

Sounds like, by the description, the side exhausts are added.

That's a red flag if there ever was one. Buyer beware.

Similar to the one Hendrick has had forever for sale:

Looks like both the 67 Silver/Red cars are nice and also rare COPO cars.
Would buy from Napoleon and Terry long before I would consider buying from a Mecum Auction.

Neither one of them is a COPO car.

reading that ad was very painful to me. I am a stickler for adds to tell the truth about the car and its history. to fact make things up to make your car sound better then it really is just makes me upset.

Do you think that their reason was because the "COPO" box in the upper right hand corner had information in it?

This is an excellent way to confuse every body! this tank sticker is from the Hendrick 300HP automatic car, not from the 350HP 4 speed car this thread is about.
