By the four didget date code they are replacements. Originals had a three didget code.

I think those are 750 CFM double pumper type carbs that fit on Chevelle big blocks.

The 3310 was used on the 65 Chevelle Z16 (396/375), but there should also be a GM part number (3878261 EH) stamped on the air horn as well. The 3310 is also an aftermarket 750CFM carb sold by Holley and is still available new. Yours is 3310-2, so appears to be aftermarket.

The Holley 6210 was an aftermarket Rochester Q-Jet replacement rated at 650CFM, and was mostly used in the late 60's and early 70's. It too is still available new, but there's no "factory" application on this one.

They are both replacement carbs. Both double pumpers. The 6210 is a spread bore.
