    66 exhaust manifold judging question

I have two driver side exhaust manifolds. A 3846559 and a 3846559-A. I assume the one without the -A is correct as there is no mention of the -A in the TIM&JG. The correct one has some fairly significant pitting while -A is in very nice condition.

Will I take a big hit if I use the -A?
