    If the judging chairman is doing his job like he is paid to do there should not be a lot of difference in chapter and regional meets. Using the same Judging Manual and judging sheets should have a neophyte looking good.

      Referring to the National Judging Chairman they have always been paid. Hundreds of Thousands of dollars are paid to several employees of the NCRS.
      You should be able to see the salaries column as published in "The Corvette Restorer". If you want specific salaries you can request those as it is a matter of public record with the NCRS.

      PS. Just to clarify I have no problem with these people being paid as they perform their duties well and should be paid as they spend countless hours taking care of judging, marketing, publishing the Driveline and The Restorer. In many cases they are not recognized and paid enough! They are dedicated individuals that provide a profitable hobby to some. Hope that clarifies that!!!!
