Thanks for the new map and flyer. The map really shows the expanse of area we now have. So......Just keep the weather clear and I'll work at HALF-rate !

For those Registering to be Judged, Sportsman, etc, please remember there is a deadline for entry. Also note that there are limits for each Judging class so register as soon as possible. January 7th is the deadline but based on entry numbers and space there may be acceptance issues when registering before that time.

Here are notes in the Online Registration Form I also posted here for reference so there are no surprises. This is also noted in the Driveline Ad.

After 1/7/2016 you may only register on-site at event; a $20 late registration fee will be charged. No car/judging entries accepted after Jan. 7,2016. Phone, email, etc. will not reserve a car judging entry space.

Please use this form to register for this event and its activities. Registration is open to members and their immediate family (spouse/companion and kids 23 years and younger). Completed Registration Form(s) with payments must be received on or before January 7, 2016 ON-SITE registration only after January 7, 2016 - $ 20 Late Registration fee starts 8 January 2016. No cars accepted for Judging or Display after this date.

I'm anticipating we will have a very active Main Gate and entry road (Dolittle Rd) for the entire event. Wednesday is Vendor Setup day beginning at 12 Noon. Vendors.....After you enter the Main Gate continue straight to the end of Dolittle Rd (Chain Link Fence will stop you) and take the sharp left on to Sun N Fun Rd. Continue to the end of Sun N Fun Rd, pull as far to the right as possible and stop before the Stop Sign where the Registration Building/House is to your left. Based on the traffic the Registration processors and the traffic controllers will try to get you moved through as soon as possible.

If you are pre-registered you must show your "VENDOR" sign on the windshield IN PLAIN HORIZONTAL VIEW facing the Traffic staff, PLEASE. Please don't lay it on your dashboard facing the sky and expect a 5' 7" guy like me to see it on top of your F350 Super Duty dashboard 8 feet up in the air.If all goes as planned you will be directed to the Swap Meet area as quickly as possible. Please bear with us as I feel this event will be a especially busy time for all.

Just a note regarding when Judged cars should be at the Event. There was a typo recently discovered.

You may have received a email follow up after registration, stating the following:

Your car must be placed in the staging area/event location by 5PM 01-20-2016 and must remain there, at least until the completion of all judging 01-23-2016.

The date should read Thursday 01-21-2016 not Wednesday the 20th.

I understand that Bowtie Display (5th Star) cars can register and be in place by until Friday 1/22/16 at 5:00pm. Correct??

No. Registration closes 7 Jan, all cars have to be in place by 5pm Thursday.

Cars can be checked into hanger after 2:00 PM
Judging Hanger is secured at 5:00.
Thursday, January 21, 2015
Check in opens 8:00 at Registration building.
8:30 AM- 4:00PM Show cars & performance verification car check in (Judging hanger)
8:30 AM- 5:00P.M. Performance Verification by appointment made with the appropriate team leader.
Noon - 5:00P.M. Operations Judging
5:00 PM All show cars must be checked in /placed on show field after their Operations Judging is completed.
Operations Judging is conducted on Thursday. Once cars are in place they must remain on show field until release time on Saturday approx. 4:00 P.M.
Sportsman cars can be removed at end of day if it is your primary transportation only.
Judging Hanger is secured at 5:00

Friday, January 22, 2015

FYI - Your State's Driver's license may not let you easily get on a flight after January 10, 2016.

The "Real ID" law says State's must have compliant Driver's licenses to be recognized by the TSA as a valid ID.

my registration done in November does not show me registered for the Thursday judging school at 5 PM with Dave Brigham. How do I get registered.? Thanks for you help.
