Hi,
Here are some photos from High School Yearbook ads that are pretty interesting.
They were found and posted by someone at CF and are from a site named annualmobiles.

Thanks Alan, the hair styles really date those pictures, I can remember myself sitting in a Ontario Orange C3 in the local dealership and dreaming of one day owning one.

Selmans have been around for a long time. I know of a couple of 62's sold new there, a white/red 340 car and a red/black fuelie.

I lived about four miles from Patterson Chevrolet during my high school years (early '70s). Patterson had one of the best parts inventories around so I was there once a month or so. While on my way to the parts department getting something for my eight year old Impala, I usually strolled through the showroom to admire the high-performance hardware on display. Coming of age during that era probably explains my passion for early '70 Corvettes.

The bumper guard-to-grille gaps shown in the first photo make me feel better about the apparent TFP alignment of these parts on my car.

Well, if we are sharing, here I am just after I purchased my '69 near Fort Totten in Bayside, Queens in March '71, bell bottoms, shearling coat, etc.
