66 fan shroud paint

The 66 TIM&JG says the shroud is painted semi-gloss black. Should the shroud be painted on all surface? The inside as well as the outside surfaces?

Don ---- My 67 shroud was painted inside and out. The 67 TIM&JG says semi-flat black, but mine was definitely glossier that Krylon 1613 semi-flat.

I'm trying to finish my small parts painting before it gets to cold to paint outside.
