Agree with calling Pete. However, there are also three (3) currently for sale on Ebay. One used in good condition and two NOS in the boxes. Obviously, prices vary. The used one is decent $$, the NOS are $$$.

Search Ebay under "GM #1116660 ignition switch".

Dave I think standard motor products makes replacements. I have one for my 63 part #US-26
