I wouldn't worry too much, especially if there are multiple frogskins attached!

Scott. I had talked with you about meeting in Toronto and doing the trip to Denver with the tour. I was trailering the car out to Buffalo for a four day C3VR gathering then headed to Niagara Falls for four days then to Toronto to meet with you. Unfortunately the diaphragm in the brake booster blew out the day before I was leaving. Better it let go then rather than on the trip. Sent it out to Booster Dewey and asked if they could get on it right away because I had another trip planned two weeks later to Utica NY. To meet with C3VR again. They did an excellent job and returned it quickly. While in Utica with the Vette a deer ran into the drivers door slid up the rear quarter and flipped over the back window then got up and ran off. Believe it or not the only damage was a bent antenna. The guys behind me with vettes wished they had a go pro to film it. I am not going to NY anymore!!!

Micheal my reply to Scott could be an article. See it is easy to write one. The article first has to be sent to the Chapter editor then to Vinnie. The article has been sent to Vinnie and on the list to be published. If anybody would like to read the article go to www.newenglandncrs.com click on menu, then newsletters, go to Jan-Feb-March 2014 Volume 20 Number 1. The article is under welcome new members.

Brian the miles only begin to count when you meet up with the tour! Then it is required to travel 500 miles with the tour.

Rodney, et al, To clarify, the article does NOT have to be sent to the local chapter editor, it has to be sent to me and accepted for publication, nothing further. I take care of notifying both you and the national judging chairman that you have met the requirement.

Vinnie. It was explained to me to submit the article to the chapter newsletter then to you for approval. Thank you for the correct info. After your post I read that section of judging reference manual again. With the explanation I had when I first read the manual " Submit and gain approval for publication of at least one article IN the restore magazine. It doesn't say send TO the Corvette Restorer magazine editor. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm not going to nitpick what it says in the JRM, but how else would it get to be approved/published without sending it to me, as I am it...I don't have a staff to work with...nor do chapter newsletter editors have anything to do with what is published in The Restorer.
