Disconnect the battery and unscrew the fuse panel from the firewall. My 62 had a broken/corroded wire on the back. You can do a search on this forum and see the pictures.

Wally, the top 2 fuses are powered by the Main feed from the Ammeter output, so that's okay.

The lower three are powered from the Pink feed which is sourced from the Ignition switch. The switch has 2 Pink feeds. One goes to the Fuel and Temp gauge, the smaller gauge Pink. The heavier gauge Pink is the one feeding the fuse panel.

The back of the IGN switch has Brown for the Ignition system. The ACC terminals provide the Pink power. You likely either have a defective IGN switch or a Open circuit from the Pink to the Panel, or possible corrosion behind the panel causing the problem.

A test light or meter behind the IGN switch will tell you if that's the problem. If it's powered there, then put the probe on the right side of the 3 panel fuses. If nothing there, it's either a broken Pink wire in the harnes, or a bad connection in the panel.

If so, disconnect the battery and remove the 2 screws holding the panel, tilt the backside towards you for a view of the backside.

pics for reference. The small and large gauge Pink wires/white terminals that connect to the IGN switch can be seen in pic#3
