Mid years wiper grill nipple

The grill on mid years I think it's bar 13 had a small nipple defect on it, generally a painter will just rub it down and spay over, however the guys who know about it will leave it there as it was part of the vette when it left the plant.
Question
Did all years have the grill nipple defect ? Or was it only certain years.

In the hood gutter ahead of the grille. 64 here, and 65 for sure. St L and AOS.

Not on the grille. On the ledge. Its on all of them.

I agree that it is on all of them. Drivers side rain gutter not the grill.

Thanks guys, yes I remember On the ledge, guess the next question is how it got there, ? would it be the kiss off on the tooling ?

I know this is a bit of an anorak question,but does anyone know if it was on the 62 or 68 I am guessing no, but as we all know in the world of corvettes and the changes that happened year on year ??

Not on the others, but some shark years had a demple in the rear corners of the hood ledge.
