66 Conv-15978 seeking information
We have located this great C2 and are hoping to have it inspected in the Detroit area. If anyone can suggest someone that they know and trust that would be great. I understand this car has been loved by the same person for 33 years, do you have suggestions on how track the previous 16 years?

Congrats on you search candidate and hope you're successful. All of those Michigan responders must be out driving their Corvettes and not looking here!
In the Contacts Page area at the Top Banner is some contact info for the area there that may be able to assist with your inspection request. Tracking prior owners can be a daunting task but there are some people that provide a service to do that. Auto Ancestry is one, advertises in the Driveline. Does the owner of 33 years have any documentation? That would certainly help.

Ahhh, I knew I'd get some action on this thread.
Yup must be a typo. But you can't edit the Title in a thread so when it's corrected maybe a admin can fix it.

Do the asterisks (66-159978 **) represent digits? Is the second 9 a typo?
What is the actual VIN of the car you wish to have inspected?Comment
